Will you ship to a different address other than the one that appears on my credit card?

Yes, you will have this option to select at checkout. This will give you the option to ship to family and friends. If you are choosing this option, please remember to update your information for your next purchased as the system will remember your last shipping destination.


If I have not received my order, who should I contact?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation for standard service.  If a tracking number is required, please select applicable shipping method as flat rate will not apply.  


How much does it cost to ship my order?

All orders are shipped via Canada Post (standard service) and have a flat shipping rate of $5.00 before taxes.  Delivery is estimated in 7-10 business days.  If you need your items sooner, you may upgrade to express shipping.  Please refer to Canada post pricing upon checkout.  This will guarantee delivery in 2-3 business days after shipment.  FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $75 CDN before taxes.  NO coupon required.  



How can I track my package?

If tracking method is selected upon checkout, then all orders can be tracked through Canada Post tracking using the tracking number provided.  For all international orders, the website will be provided for tracking.
